Compatibility
We produce your video on a high quality DVD+R format. While they are compatible with most DVD players manufactured, not all manufacturers adhere to certain formatting standards. Delivery
Standard delivery times for each package is as follows:

Economy Package: 1-2 weeks

Basic Package: 2-3 weeks

Deluxe Package: 3-4 weeks

Premium Package 4-6 weeks

The delivery schedule starts when we receive in full your order and all materials to be included in your DVD montage. If the order is changed in any way after submission (i.e., send additional materials, request additional services, change of music, etc.) the delivery time may be extended.

Shipping
After we receive your photos, we guarantee that they will be treated with the utmost care while in our possession. Your photos, slides, video and other items will be returned to you in the same condition as we received them (barring acts of God, war or other tragedy). We are not responsible for your materials while in transit either to or from our offices. We therefore recommend that you choose a method of shipping that you feel confident with and that you insure your items and provide package tracking during transit. We also recommend that you wrap your photos in bubble wrap and mail it to us in a secure cardboard box.

Copyrighted Material
All media submitted must be free of copyright protection. For any copyrighted material, you must obtain written permission from any third-party copyright holder to use the materials. All copyrighted music submitted for inclusion into the DVD montage must be purchased legally or on the original CD.

Our video montages are designed and intended for personal, non-commercial use. No admission fee is to be charged for viewing. All final materials produced by Jenisys Productions are legally copyrighted and may not be duplicated or reproduced for any reason, without express written permission from Jenisys Productions.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be thrilled with the video we have created for you. We will work closely with you during the planning and creation of your video to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, just notify us prior to receiving the final copy of the video and you will not incur a charge.

Once the final copy is produced, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, just notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will redesign your DVD until you are completely satisfied with your product. Limited to re-do only. No refunds. If redesign or correction is required due to an error on the clients' order form, or an error not by fault of Jenisys Productions, the client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the replacement disc(s).

Payment
Payment must be received in full before the completed order is shipped.

Sales Tax
By law, we are required to charge sales tax of 5% in the state of VA.
